Been punting on Tenobet for March, and I reckon I have enough history to give an honest take. Came across it via someone on another board who wanted a site with half-decent game coverage that didn’t have the usual deposit limit nagging you run into now on the UK licensed sites. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that cuts both ways.
Game selection’s genuinely big — somewhere around 3,000+ games going by the counter, and the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I stick to Sweet Bonanza and Sweet Bonanza, both behave properly on mobile browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — actual dealers, Crazy Time if that’s your thing. They do sports as well, and it I’ve dabbled in for footy, it’s fine, nothing more.
The welcome thing it’s 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, and you need the code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Check the playthrough first, it’s not amazing but not predatory either. There’s no no-deposit bonus unfortunately. To check the live offers, have a look at tenobet sport rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, registration took about three minutes.
Payments have been the better half in my experience. Visa/Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have come through within a day; card payouts took a bit longer. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took a day and a half to approve my ID, and my first withdrawal sat waiting until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, but slower than I’d like.
Few more things: there’s no app, which means browser only. Works fine on my iPhone but an app would be nicer. The login sometimes gets a bit slow in the evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the opening messages read like templates. Get past the script and they sort it.
