I’ve been punting on Tenobet since roughly March, so I figure I have enough mileage to give an honest take. Came across it through a mate of mine who wanted a site with proper lobby depth without all the deposit limit nagging you see everywhere now on the UK licensed sites. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
The lobby is honestly massive — roughly 3,500+ titles last I looked, with the usual heavy hitters are present: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play’n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I grind Gates of Olympus plus Sweet Bonanza, both load quick in browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve dabbled in for Premier League, nothing special.
The welcome thing is a 100% match to ?125 and 100 spins thrown in, and you need the promo code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Read the wagering before you commit, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory either. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. To check what’s running currently, you’ll find them over on tenobet before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, signing up took about three minutes.
Payments have been the stronger part in my experience. Visa/Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have landed within a day; Visa took slower, 3-4 days. What did wind me up was KYC — it took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, and my first withdrawal just sat there until that cleared. Not a scam, but slower than I’d like.
Other gripes: they don’t have an app, so it’s the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on my phone but an app would be nicer. Logging in sometimes gets a bit slow in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, but the opening messages are copy-paste. Push past that and they sort it.
