I’ve been using Tenobet since about February, and I suppose I have a fair bit of mileage to give an honest take. Came across it through a mate who was chasing something with decent game coverage that didn’t have all the deposit limit nagging you get now on the UKGC sites. Right, important bit: it’s not UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which cuts both ways.
Game selection’s pretty huge — about 3,500+ games going by the counter, with the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. I mostly grind Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, which both run fine on mobile browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — real croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. They do sports as well, which I’ve dabbled in on Premier League, nothing special.
The welcome thing is 100% up to ?125 plus 100 free spins, and you need the code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms before depositing, it’s not amazing but not predatory to be honest. No no-deposit freebie as far as I can tell. If you want to see the live offers, they’re listed over on tenobet casino rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s a tenner, the form took under five minutes.
Payments have been the better half for me. Visa/Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have landed within a day; cards were a bit longer. My main gripe was the verification — they took about two days to clear my documents, which held up the first payout sat waiting until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, but a bit of a wait.
Few more things: they don’t have an app, so it’s mobile browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone but I do miss having one. The login is occasionally sluggish in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the opening messages read like templates. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
