Been using Tenobet since roughly the spring, and I reckon I have a fair bit of mileage to say something useful. Found it off someone on another board who wanted something with proper game coverage that didn’t have all the affordability checks you see everywhere now on the UKGC sites. Right, important bit: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that cuts both ways.
Lobby’s honestly massive — roughly 4,000+ titles by my count, and the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly stick to Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, which both behave properly in browser. Live side is Evolution, which means what you’re getting — proper croupiers, Crazy Time if that’s your thing. They do sports as well, which gets a bit of use from me on Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
The welcome thing is 100% up to ?125 and 100 spins thrown in, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Read the wagering before you commit, it’s not amazing but not predatory either. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. To check what’s running currently, they’re listed over on tenobet casino if you’re curious. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, signing up took about three minutes.
Payments have been generally fine in my experience. Visa and Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have landed same day twice; card payouts took closer to three days. My main gripe was KYC — it took a day and a half to approve my ID, so the first cashout just sat there the whole time. Nothing shady about it, just slower than I’d like.
Few more things: they don’t have an app, so it’s mobile browser only. Works fine on my iPhone though I do miss having one. The login sometimes gets sluggish around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the first replies feel a bit scripted. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
