Been playing at Tenobet since about February, so I suppose I have enough mileage to say something useful. Found it via a mate who was chasing something with decent slot coverage that didn’t have the usual affordability checks you run into now on the UK licensed sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which will matter to some of you a lot.
The lobby is pretty huge — somewhere around 3,000+ games by my count, with the names you’d want are all there: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I rinse Gates of Olympus plus Book of Dead, which both run fine in browser. The live rooms are Evolution, which means what you’re getting — real croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time for a change of pace. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve used a handful of times for Premier League, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer is 100% up to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough before you commit, the requirement is not the loosest either. No no-deposit freebie as far as I can tell. For the current promos, you’ll find them over on tenobet casino rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, registration took maybe two minutes.
Money side’s been the stronger part in my experience. Visa/Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through in under 24 hours; Visa took slower, 3-4 days. My main gripe was KYC — took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, so the first cashout just sat there the whole time. Not dodgy, but a bit of a wait.
Few more things: no native app, so you’re on mobile browser only. Works fine on my iPhone but I do miss having one. The login can be a bit slow at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
