I’ve been punting on Tenobet since about February, and I figure I’ve got a fair bit of mileage to say something useful. Came across it through a mate of mine who wanted a site with decent game coverage without all the deposit limit nagging you see everywhere now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that cuts both ways.
Lobby’s genuinely big — somewhere around 3,500+ games by my count, with the providers that matter are present: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I stick to Gates of Olympus plus Sweet Bonanza, which both load quick in browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — proper croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which gets a bit of use from me for Premier League, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer it’s a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 free spins, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms before depositing, it’s not the loosest either. Don’t expect free credit without depositing unfortunately. For the current promos, they’re listed over on tenobet casino rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is a tenner, registration took about three minutes.
Payments have been generally fine for me. Visa and Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through same day twice; card payouts took slower, 3-4 days. My main gripe was KYC — took a day and a half to approve my ID, and my first withdrawal sat waiting until that cleared. Not a scam, but slow.
Few more things: they don’t have an app, so you’re on mobile browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my iPhone but I’d prefer a proper app. The login can be a bit slow at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
