I’ve been punting on Tenobet for March, and I suppose I’ve got enough mileage to say something useful. Found it off a mate of mine who was chasing something with decent lobby depth that didn’t have all the affordability checks you run into now on the UK licensed sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
Game selection’s honestly massive — about 3,000+ titles going by the counter, with the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I stick to Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, which both load quick in browser. Live side is all Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which gets a bit of use from me on footy, it’s fine, nothing more.
The welcome thing is 100% up to ?125 with 100 free spins, you’ll want the code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Do read the terms before depositing, it’s not the loosest to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus as far as I can tell. To check what’s running currently, they’re listed at tenobet sport if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, signing up took maybe two minutes.
Payments have been generally fine in my experience. Visa and Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. E-wallet withdrawals have come through within a day; cards were a bit longer. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — it took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, so the first cashout just sat there the whole time. Not a scam, but slow.
Couple of niggles: they don’t have an app, which means mobile browser only. It’s responsive enough on Android but I do miss having one. The login sometimes gets a bit slow around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the opening messages are copy-paste. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
