Been using Tenobet for March, so I reckon I’ve got a fair bit of mileage to actually comment. Came across it off a mate who was chasing a site with proper slot coverage that didn’t have all the affordability nonsense you get now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Lobby’s pretty huge — roughly 4,000+ games last I looked, and the usual heavy hitters are present: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I grind Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, both behave properly in browser. Live side is Evolution, which means what you’re getting — real croupiers, Crazy Time for a change of pace. They do sports as well, which gets a bit of use from me for the football, it’s fine, nothing more.
On the sign-up offer is a 100% match to ?125 with 100 free spins, you have to use the code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering first, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing that I could find. For the what’s running currently, they’re listed over on tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, registration took under five minutes.
Cashouts have been the better half for me. Cards work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through within a day; cards were slower, 3-4 days. My main gripe was KYC — it took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, which held up the first payout sat waiting until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, but slow.
Couple of niggles: no native app, which means the mobile site. Works fine on Android though I do miss having one. Logging in sometimes gets fiddly at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the opening messages are copy-paste. Push past that and they sort it.
