I’ve been punting on Tenobet since roughly February, so I reckon I have a fair bit of history to say something useful. Found it through a mate of mine who was chasing something with proper lobby depth without the usual affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the regulated UK ones. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
Lobby’s pretty huge — roughly 4,000+ games last I looked, with the usual heavy hitters are present: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I grind Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, which both run fine on mobile browser. Live side is Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it gets a bit of use from me for the football, nothing special.
The welcome thing is 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough before you commit, the requirement is fairly standard to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing as far as I can tell. If you want to see the live offers, have a look over on tenobet casino if you’re curious. Min deposit’s ?10, the form took about three minutes.
Money side’s been the better half in my experience. Visa and Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have landed same day twice; card payouts took closer to three days. My main gripe was the verification — it took a day and a half to approve my ID, and my first withdrawal just sat there the whole time. Not dodgy, just slow.
Other gripes: they don’t have an app, so it’s browser only. Honestly it’s fine on Android but an app would be nicer. Logging in can be fiddly in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the first replies read like templates. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
