I’ve been punting on Tenobet since roughly March, so I figure I’ve got a fair bit of mileage to say something useful. Stumbled on it via a mate who wanted a site with half-decent game coverage without the usual affordability nonsense you run into now on the UKGC sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that cuts both ways.
Lobby’s pretty huge — roughly 3,000+ slots last I looked, with the providers that matter are present: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Mainly I stick to Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, both load quick in browser. Live side is all Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — actual dealers, Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve used a handful of times on footy, nothing special.
Bonus-wise is a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 free spins, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Read the wagering before depositing, it’s not the loosest either. There’s no no-deposit bonus that I could find. For the current promos, have a look at tenobet if you’re curious. Min deposit’s a tenner, registration took about three minutes.
Money side’s been the better half in my experience. Visa/Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through within a day; Visa took closer to three days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, so the first cashout sat waiting the whole time. Nothing shady about it, just slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: they don’t have an app, so you’re on mobile browser only. It’s responsive enough on Android though I do miss having one. Logging in sometimes gets a bit slow at peak times. Support’s live chat, English, decent, but the first replies are copy-paste. Push past that and they’re helpful enough.
