I’ve been playing at Tenobet since about March, and I reckon I’ve got a fair bit of experience to give an honest take. Came across it via a mate who was after a site with decent slot coverage without the usual affordability checks you run into now on the UKGC sites. Should flag early: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
The lobby is genuinely big — somewhere around 3,500+ games going by the counter, with the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I grind Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, both run fine on mobile browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — proper croupiers, Crazy Time for a change of pace. They do sports as well, which gets a bit of use from me for Premier League, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer it’s 100% up to ?125 and 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Check the playthrough before depositing, the requirement is not the loosest either. There’s no no-deposit bonus as far as I can tell. To check the live offers, you’ll find them at tenobet sport rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, the form took about three minutes.
Payments have been the stronger part for me. Cards go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have come through same day twice; cards were a bit longer. My main gripe was the verification — took 36-48 hours to verify me, so the first cashout sat waiting until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, but slow.
Other gripes: there’s no app, so it’s mobile browser only. It’s responsive enough on Android but I do miss having one. The login sometimes gets fiddly in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the first replies read like templates. Ask a specific question and someone competent turns up.
