Been playing at Tenobet for the spring, and I figure I’ve got a fair bit of mileage to give an honest take. Came across it via someone on another board who was after a site with half-decent game coverage that didn’t have all the affordability nonsense you get now on the regulated UK ones. Worth saying up front: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, which cuts both ways.
The lobby is honestly massive — roughly 4,000+ games last I looked, with the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly stick to Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, both load quick on mobile browser. The live rooms are Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. They do sports as well, which I’ve used a handful of times for the football, it’s fine, nothing more.
On the sign-up offer it’s 100% up to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Check the playthrough before you commit, it’s not amazing but not predatory either. Don’t expect free credit without depositing as far as I can tell. For the what’s running currently, you’ll find them over on tenobet login if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, the form took about three minutes.
Payments have been the stronger part for me. Visa and Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have landed within a day; cards were slower, 3-4 days. What did wind me up was the verification — they took 36-48 hours to verify me, so the first cashout sat waiting until that cleared. Not a scam, just a bit of a wait.
Couple of niggles: there’s no app, which means mobile browser only. It’s responsive enough on my iPhone though I do miss having one. Logging in is occasionally sluggish in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, but the first replies are copy-paste. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
