Been using Tenobet since roughly March, and I suppose I have enough history to give an honest take. Came across it through a mate of mine who was after a site with decent game coverage that didn’t have the usual affordability checks you see everywhere now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: it’s not UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Lobby’s honestly massive — somewhere around 3,000+ titles going by the counter, with the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play’n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I grind Sweet Bonanza plus Sweet Bonanza, which both run fine in browser. Live side is Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve used a handful of times for the football, it’s fine, nothing more.
On the sign-up offer it’s a 100% match to ?125 and 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough before depositing, the requirement is fairly standard either. Don’t expect free credit without depositing that I could find. To check what’s running currently, they’re listed over on tenobet if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, the form took maybe two minutes.
Cashouts have been the better half in my experience. Cards go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have landed same day twice; cards were a bit longer. My main gripe was the verification — they took a day and a half to clear my documents, so the first cashout just sat there the whole time. Nothing shady about it, but a bit of a wait.
Other gripes: no native app, which means the mobile site. Works fine on Android though I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in can be a bit slow at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the first replies read like templates. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
