Been playing at Tenobet since roughly March, and I suppose I have a fair bit of experience to give an honest take. Came across it through someone on another board who was chasing a site with proper game coverage that didn’t have the usual affordability checks you get now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.
The lobby is pretty huge — about 3,000+ titles last I looked, and the usual heavy hitters are all there: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I stick to Gates of Olympus plus Gates of Olympus, both behave properly in browser. The live rooms are Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time for a change of pace. They do sports as well, which gets a bit of use from me for Premier League, it’s fine, nothing more.
Bonus-wise is a 100% match to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the code JOIN002 — I nearly forgot it the first time. Read the wagering before depositing, the requirement is fairly standard either. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. For the the live offers, have a look at tenobet casino if you’re curious. Min deposit’s ?10, signing up took under five minutes.
Money side’s been the better half for me. Cards go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through within a day; cards were closer to three days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took 36-48 hours to verify me, and my first withdrawal just sat there until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, just slow.
Couple of niggles: no native app, which means browser only. It’s responsive enough on my iPhone but an app would be nicer. Logging in sometimes gets fiddly around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the first replies read like templates. Push past that and they sort it.
