I’ve been punting on Tenobet for February, and I suppose I have a fair bit of history to actually comment. Found it via a mate who was chasing somewhere with proper game coverage that didn’t have all the deposit limit nagging you see everywhere now on the UK licensed sites. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s genuinely big — somewhere around 3,500+ slots last I looked, with the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly rinse Sweet Bonanza plus Sweet Bonanza, which both run fine on mobile browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, which means what you’re getting — proper croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, and it gets a bit of use from me on the football, it’s fine, nothing more.
Bonus-wise it’s a 100% match to ?125 with 100 free spins, you have to use the code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough before depositing, it’s not amazing but not predatory to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing that I could find. For the what’s running currently, have a look over on tenobet if you’re curious. Min deposit’s a tenner, registration took maybe two minutes.
Payments have been the better half in my experience. Cards go through, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have landed in under 24 hours; card payouts took a bit longer. What did wind me up was KYC — it took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, which held up the first payout just sat there until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, just a bit of a wait.
Other gripes: no native app, so it’s mobile browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though I do miss having one. The login sometimes gets a bit slow around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the first replies feel a bit scripted. Push past that and they’re helpful enough.
