Been playing at Tenobet for March, and I reckon I’ve got enough mileage to actually comment. Found it via someone on another board who was chasing somewhere with decent lobby depth without all the affordability nonsense you get now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that cuts both ways.
Game selection’s genuinely big — roughly 4,000+ slots last I looked, and the names you’d want are present: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly grind Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, both behave properly in browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — proper croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve used a handful of times on footy, nothing special.
Bonus-wise is 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering before depositing, the requirement is not the loosest either. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. To check the live offers, they’re listed at tenobet sport before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, the form took about three minutes.
Money side’s been the better half for me. Cards work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have landed same day twice; card payouts took a bit longer. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — they took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, which held up the first payout just sat there the whole time. Nothing shady about it, just slow.
Other gripes: there’s no app, so you’re on the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on Android though I’d prefer a proper app. The login sometimes gets fiddly at peak times. Customer service at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the opening messages are copy-paste. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
