I’ve been punting on Tenobet since about March, so I reckon I’ve got enough experience to say something useful. Found it off someone on another board who was after a site with decent lobby depth without all the affordability nonsense you run into now on the UKGC sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Lobby’s genuinely big — roughly 4,000+ titles by my count, with the names you’d want are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Mainly I stick to Sweet Bonanza plus Sweet Bonanza, both behave properly in browser. Live side is Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette for a change of pace. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve dabbled in for the football, it’s fine, nothing more.
The welcome thing is a 100% match to ?125 and 100 spins thrown in, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering before you commit, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing unfortunately. If you want to see current promos, you’ll find them at tenobet before you sign up. Minimum deposit is ?10, signing up took under five minutes.
Money side’s been generally fine in my experience. Visa and Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have come through same day twice; cards were closer to three days. What did wind me up was KYC — they took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, and my first withdrawal just sat there until that cleared. Not a scam, just slow.
Other gripes: no native app, which means the mobile site. Works fine on Android but I’d prefer a proper app. The login sometimes gets a bit slow around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the first replies feel a bit scripted. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
