I’ve been playing on Craybet for about six weeks or so and thought I’d throw out some thoughts since I haven’t seen many posts about them in this forum. I signed up randomly one night and signing up literally took a couple minutes. Minimum deposit is ten bucks which is about what you’d expect. Got a sign-up bonus — 100 percent match to $500 and fifty free spins on Gates of Olympus. Wagering was 35x which could be lower but it’s manageable.
Game selection is honestly pretty solid. You’ll find titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, plus Big Time Gaming — meaning Gates of Olympus, Starburst, all the popular ones. Somewhere around 2000 games when you add it all up. Live dealer stuff uses Evolution and it’s smooth — played some blackjack and Crazy Time with real dealers and it worked great.
One thing I wasn’t thrilled about was how long cashouts take. I used Visa and waited about 48 hours for my first withdrawal. Second time around it was faster. Payment options include credit cards, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin which covers most bases. I’d check out what they’ve got going on on CrayBet before you sign up.
Mobile experience on Craybet on mobile is actually smooth. There’s no app to download — the mobile site runs well and all the games load without issues. I played some slots in bed and had zero lag or glitches.
Customer service on Craybet is okay — they have live chat that gets you a person pretty quick most times. Had to ask about a pending withdrawal and they sorted it pretty quickly. I think they’re operating under a Curacao license which is typical of offshore casinos. It’s not flawless — promo codes seem rare — but overall it does the job for me.
