Been messing around on Craybet for about a couple months and thought I’d throw out my experience since I haven’t seen much discussion about it around here. I signed up randomly one night and registration was like 90 seconds. Minimum deposit is ten bucks which is about what you’d expect. They threw in a welcome bonus — 100 percent match to $500 and fifty free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Rollover is 35 times the bonus which could be lower but not the worst I’ve seen.
Game selection is decent honestly. They’ve got games from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, and Microgaming — so like Gates of Olympus, Starburst, the usual heavy hitters. I’d guess maybe 2000 games when you add it all up. Live dealer stuff runs on Evolution and it’s quality — tried baccarat and Crazy Time with actual croupiers and had no complaints.
One thing I wasn’t thrilled about was how long cashouts take. I used Bitcoin and waited almost two days for my first withdrawal. After that though it was faster. You can use credit cards, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, Bitcoin which is pretty much everything you’d want. I’d check out their current offers on CrayBet to see for yourself.
Mobile experience on Craybet on my phone is actually smooth. I didn’t find a native app — the web app is responsive and everything works no problem. Was playing Book of Dead on my commute and didn’t notice any problems.
Customer service on Craybet is alright — there’s a chat widget that gets you a person within a few minutes most times. I contacted them about my verification docs and it was resolved pretty quickly. I think they’re Curacao-based from what I can tell and that’s typical of US-friendly sites. Wouldn’t say it’s perfect — the bonus wagering could be lower — but for what it is it does the job for me.
