So I’ve been messing around on Craybet for roughly two months now and thought I’d throw out my experience because there’s not much discussion about it on here. I signed up on a whim and the whole process literally took two minutes. Starting deposit was $10 which is about what you’d expect. Got a welcome bonus — 100 percent match to $500 and fifty free spins on Gates of Olympus. Playthrough requirements were 35x and that isn’t amazing but I’ve dealt with worse.
Game selection is bigger than I expected. There’s stuff from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, and Microgaming — meaning Gates of Olympus, Starburst, that kind of thing. I’d guess maybe 2000 games total if you count everything. The live dealer section uses Evolution which is quality — tried baccarat and Crazy Time with actual croupiers and had no complaints.
One thing that kinda bugged me was payout speed. I used Visa and waited like a day and a half the first time. Second time around it was faster. You can use Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and BTC which covers most bases. I’d check out what they’ve got going on at Craybet review before you sign up.
Mobile experience on Craybet on my phone worked better than expected. There’s no app to download — the browser version runs well and everything works no problem. Was playing a few sessions on my commute and had zero lag or glitches.
Customer service on Craybet has been decent — there’s a chat widget and someone actually responds in under five minutes when I’ve used it. I contacted them about a pending withdrawal and it was resolved pretty quickly. Licensing is Curacao licensed which is typical of platforms like this. Not everything is amazing — promo codes seem rare — but as a daily player I’m still using it.
