I’ve been messing around on Craybet for about six weeks or so and wanted to share my experience because there’s not much discussion about this place around here. I signed up on a whim and signing up was like a couple minutes. Minimum deposit is $10 and that’s pretty standard. I grabbed a sign-up bonus — 100 percent match to $500 plus fifty free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Wagering was 35x which is kinda average but not the worst I’ve seen.
Their slots catalog is decent honestly. There’s stuff from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — meaning Gates of Olympus, Starburst, the usual heavy hitters. I’d guess maybe a couple thousand titles total if you count everything. Live dealer stuff uses Evolution which is quality — played some roulette and Lightning Roulette with real dealers and it worked great.
One thing that kinda bugged me was payout speed. Tried cashing out with Visa and waited like a day and a half the first time. After that though things sped up. You can use credit cards, Skrill, Neteller, and crypto so that covers most bases. You can look at what they’ve got going on over at CrayBet if you’re interested.
Mobile experience on Craybet on my phone was surprisingly good. I didn’t find a native app though the browser version loads fast and everything works without issues. Played some slots on my commute and had zero lag or glitches.
Customer service on Craybet has been okay — there’s a chat widget that gets you a person within a few minutes usually. Reached out once about a bonus that didn’t credit and got it fixed pretty quickly. Licensing is Curacao-based from what I can tell and that’s what most platforms like this. It’s not flawless — promo codes seem rare — but for what it is it does the job for me.
