OK — have been messing about with this thing for about six months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so thought I’d write something up since a mate asked me the other day. I’m based in the UK, generally do football and horses, small stakes, for context.

How I found it was honestly a bit daft — I couldn’t ever work out what an ew payout actually was when the place terms changed. I used to just wing it and moan when the payout landed. These days I stick my stake in first, every time, even the boring singles.

Their single bet calculator is the part I use most — type in the price and your stake and you get profit and total return instantly, either odds format. It also handles the bigger stuff — trebles maths, lucky 15s, patents and yankees, which is where I always mess it up. If you want a look, it’s here lucky 63 calculator free and it’s free with no account nonsense.

The thing that genuinely shifted things for me is the nerdier bits. They’ve got an implied probability calculator and it makes obvious what margin’s baked in, and a kelly staking calculator — I use half kelly since full stakes are terrifying. Dutching calculator is handy too when I’m spreading across selections.

Couple of gripes. Its interface is pretty plain — zero polish, it’s clearly function over form. On mobile it’s usable but the bigger tables make you pinch and zoom. Also there’s no app, just the site — fine by me but worth saying.

Anyway. Costs nowt, barely any ads, does the job. Anyone who even now adds it up in their head, have a look — saved me a fair few arguments with the bookie.

So — been using this thing for maybe four months now and I keep coming back, reckon I’d chuck my thoughts in since a mate asked me last week. I’m UK based, mainly stick to footie and the horses, a fiver here and there, for context.

How I found it was honestly pretty stupid — I could never figure out what an ew payout would be with 1/5 odds a place. I used to just guess and then be surprised. These days I stick my stake in first, every time, even a straight one-selection punt.

The single bet calculator is the part I’m on daily — you drop in the price and your stake and it shows returns straight away, fractions or decimals. It also handles the multiples — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, patents and yankees, and that’s where I always mess it up. Have a go yourself, it’s over at free matched bet calculator — free, no signup.

The thing that genuinely shifted things for me is the nerdier extras. There’s an implied probability calculator which shows you how much the bookie’s taking, and a kelly staking tool — I use half kelly since full stakes are terrifying. Dutching calculator is handy too if I’m splitting a race.

It’s not perfect mind. The interface is very functional, let’s say — no flash, it’s clearly function over form. On mobile it’s fine although the acca grid need a bit of scrolling. And no proper app, it’s browser only — fine by me but worth saying.

So yeah. Doesn’t cost anything, no ads shoved in your face, does the job. If anyone even now works out returns on a calculator app, try it — it’s saved me a fair few dumb bets I’d have regretted.

So — been using this thing for maybe four months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so thought I’d say something since a mate asked me the other day. I’m based in the UK, mainly bet football and racing, nothing mad, so take it how you like.

What got me on it was honestly embarrassing — I never could work out what an e/w return would be once you get five places instead of three. I’d just guess and then be surprised. Now I type the odds in first, every time, even the boring singles.

The single bet calculator tool is the one I open most — type in stake and odds and it spits out profit and total return instantly, fractions or decimals. There’s also the multiples — doubles and trebles maths, lucky 15s, a yankee, and that’s where most people I know got it wrong. If you fancy a poke about, it lives at how to work out each way bet — free, no signup.

The thing that actually made a difference were the geekier tools. They’ve got an implied probability converter and it makes obvious the overround, and there’s the kelly staking tool — I stick to fractional kelly as the full version is terrifying. Dutching calculator is decent when I’m splitting a race.

Not all sunshine though. The layout is a bit basic — no polish, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On my phone it’s usable though the lucky 63 breakdown need a bit of scrolling. There’s no app, it’s browser only — doesn’t bother me but you asked.

So yeah. Doesn’t cost anything, no ads shoved in your face, does the job. If you honestly adds it up in their head, give it a go — it’s saved me a load of “wait, that’s it?” moments.

How I found it was genuinely embarrassing — I could never get my head round what an each way payout would be when the place terms changed. I’d just wing it and get a shock. Now punch the numbers in before every slip, even the boring singles.

So yeah. Doesn’t cost anything, no ads shoved in your face, does what it says. If you still adds it up in their head, give it a go — it’s saved me a load of “wait, that’s it?” moments.
